Dear Ms. Goodman,

I am the head of the English Department at Kaplan Community College. On September 15, I ordered a set of Smith and Browne's English Communication series. It arrived on September 19.



As you know, the program includes a DVD. Unfortunately, the DVD does not appear to be compatible with our DVD players. When attempting to play the DVD, a message appears that says "Wrong region." It seems that the DVD is intended for use outside the U.S.



Without the DVD, the program isn't useful to our department. I would therefore like to request one of the following: 1) A complete refund; or 2) A replacement with a DVD that can be played in the U.S.
